Enrolment fees
All registration fees must be paid electronically (by Bancontact, no credit cards)
The fee is calculated by adding the enrolment fee and, where applicable, the specific enrolment fee (DIS).
The enrolment fee (DI) consists of two parts: a flat fee of €34 and a variable amount depending on the number and type of terms for which the student enrols.
For the 2026–2027 academic year, the registration fee is therefore calculated as follows:
a flat fee of €34, payable by each student for the academic year, and €0.30 per lesson period, up to the 800th period.
The price for the course is 30€ or 50€ per module for the schoolyear 26-27. The amount depends on the level or the student and is never refundable.
The people with a nationality outside the EU who cant’ stay more than 3 months in Belgium will have to pay the DIS. The price of one module is fixed at 50€.
PRICE REDUCTIONS
Price reductions are possible for :
- students under 18. The reduction is applied during registration.
- unemployed people. The full price is paid at registration. Part of it is paid back after ACTIRIS sends us your unemployment certificate. Only certificates bearing theses mentions will be eligible for a price reduction:
- “Inscription comme CE qui bénéficie des allocations de chômage à temps plein”
- “Inscription comme CE en stage d’insertion professionnelle”
- “Inscription comme CE inoccupé qui ne bénéficie pas d’allocations de chômage.” In this case, we’ll imperatively need a certificate from your payment organization (CAPAC or union) stipulating that you have asked for unemployment benefits or that you already receive them.
- CPAS beneficiaries. The full price is paid at registration. Part of it is paid back after you bring back a certificate delivered by the CPAS on the month of the beginning of the class.
